On arrival the receptionist was polite and helpful .The Surgery was warm and welcoming . The Doctor was very understanding and listened to any concerns I had. A
good GP practice . You feel like a patient and not just like a number in a system.

I attended the surgery with a medical emergency on 8th January 2015.
The care I received from Liz (practice nurse), all reception staff and Dr Reinecke was outstanding.
I was promptly referred to hospital and am recovering well.
